A man had been driving through the night and by morning decided he needed some sleep. He looked for and found a quiet spot near a jogging trail where he reclined his seat and began his snooze. Just as he drifted off, there was a knock at his window. Startled, he opened his eyes and saw a jogger running in place.

“Excuse me, Sir” the jogger said. “Do you have the time?”

The man in the car looked at his watch and answered, “8:05.” The jogger thanked him and ran off. The man settled back and was just dozing off when there came another knock on his window.

Another jogger was running in place and asked, “Excuse me, sir, do you have the time?”

“8:20.” The jogger said thank you and ran off.

The man knew it was only a matter of time before another jogger interrupted his nap, so he got a pen and paper and put a hastily written sign in his window that read, “I DON’T KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS!” The man settled back down to sleep.

No sooner had his eyes closed when he was again startled by a knock on his window from yet another jogger, “Excuse me, Sir. It is 8:25.”
