The Idaho State House of Representatives passed House Concurrent Resolution No. 29 (by a 69-0-1 vote) in support of Napoleon Dynamite (yes, great film, by the way). High marks to Idaho for electing these folks — now if Idaho would figure out a way to replace some of the whiners in Washington…
